At King's Wine Cellar, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but if your selection is corked or damaged, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned bottles remain unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a credit.

Return Process

    Contact Our Sommelier Team

    Email our support desk with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective bottle to initiate the return authorization.

    Secure the Shipment

    Carefully repackage your items using the original protective wine dividers and shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to the Cellar

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our cellar team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
